Arrive without makeup, foundation, or heavy skincare products on the treatment area. This lets us assess your skin and treat cleanly.
Avoid blood thinners
For 24–48 hours before your appointment, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and alcohol where possible. This reduces the risk of bruising.
Avoid sun exposure
Try to avoid sunbeds or prolonged sun exposure for 24 hours before treatment. Sunburned skin cannot be treated safely.
Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your visit. Well-hydrated skin responds better and bruises less easily.
